Xbox acting up!! need help

Hello I have an xbox one x that i got 5 months ago and i keep gettin errors. I'll be playing a game and it will randomly power off, when i restart it a screen pops up telling me to restart, turn off console, reset console, and do a manual update. doesn't
matter how many times i restart, turn off xbox and unplug for hours at a time it still does it. So im forced to reset it and it will be fine for a few days im able to put xbox in sleep mode and it will turn xbox on and off. Very frustrating is there a fix
for this? E200 000000EF 00000000, E200 00000074 00000000 are the codes i keep getting. do i need to send it for repair? Not sure what my options are, also skeptical about sending it for repair because of the corona virus not sure if microsoft is fixing consoles
or not, probably going to take forever.

1 - fully reset you xbox

2 - check that your fans are not dirty

Hi,

A couple of things you could try, is firstly by deleting your profile from your xbox console, and the re-adding it: Add and remove
profile

If that doesn't work then it might be worth giving you xbox a factory reset, but without deleting the games:

When you do the factory reset, its important to choose the option 'Reset and keep my games & apps.' so that way you won't lose any of your games or apps

nd when i ply battlefield some when i load up a map sometimes it says tht the disc is unreadable

Hey there,

I suggest checking your storage for any corrupted files. They will show up with a yellow triangle 'warning' sign next to the file description. If you see any of these, delete them.

Clear your system cache as well, and delete any unused game installs or demos you have occupying HDD space, that should get things sped up a bit
as well.
