Xbox acting extremely weird

Hello,

I was watching youtube when my xbox started to freak out. Now nothing works, i get an error message when i try to start any app or game. Social services, other things and pictures dont load. Everytime i try to perform an action using the guide, it takes
a while to register, and even then it'll just end up giving me an error code. This has been going on for 5 hours now. I have tried to restart my xbox every way possible including hard reset. As i type this im currently restarting my xbox and its just been
sitting here on a slightly dim screen in a restart loop and the xbox will not completely shut off. Oh look at that, my console just restarted and nothing changed. Nothing in the home sections such as Game Pass, Mixer, Community or Store will load. Ive even
restarted my router. I requested a call back from microsoft that will be coming in 2 hours or so. Hopefully my situation can be fixed tonight or tomorrow after just letting my console sit there overnight. If not, i'm just gonna have to go out and buy a PS4.
Im suprised there isnt a service alert out right now for this. If anyone can help, it'd be appreciated a lot because i do enjoy Xbox One, and have been with Microsoft for 10+ years, thanks.

Have you tried a hard reset? Often this can clear an issue.

When it's on, hold down the white xbox button on the right of your console for 20 seconds, while it shuts off.

Then turn off the Xbox at the power point, and wait a minute, then turn it back on.

Turn on the Xbox and see if things are better.

By any chance are you apart of xbox insiders? sometimes insiders can really do weird stuff to your console. if you are not maybe try checking for an update if that doesn't work try a factory reset.

Yes that happend to me on FH4 on monday, after the latest update, removed the build andd my game worked again,

Nope...It still happens...The light will go off random times and wont come back on, but my controller and everything else works normally.As I said I have OCD so this is a huge deal for me. Im also worried my console is reaching its end.
