    Xbox Achievements Won't Pop Up


    While I am earning achievements still in my games, it's not popping up that I've earned it. It doesn't seem to be a server issue, since I'm still earning them and the Xbox app on my phone is actually notifying me that I've earned it. I'm just not seeing
    it pop up on screen. I have confirmed that the notifications settings allow for achievements, and II have even reset my Achievements notifications settings themselves. Looking for any help you can offer!

    Can achievements unlock when you are offline?

    To add to this madness, sometimes achievements will show up as unlocked on Xbox Smartglass, but they won't pop on the console (even if online). I've had this happen a few times, where I've done what the achievement requires, but it won't actually unlocked
    for a couple days.
