Xbox Achievements Unlocked But No Gamerscore Allocated

Hello,

I am hoping that someone can shed some light on my situation as I feel like I'm going round and round in circles.

I've noticed that old achievements (unlocked pre-2011) are shown as unlocked on both 360 and Xbox One consoles as well as the website, but they do not contribute to my gamer score total.

I have a support reference number, but every support agent I have spoken to has not really been able to help me.

Anyone have suggestions?

Missings Gamers Score

Logged onto my Xbox today. Mulitple games now have 0 gamers score but when you indiviually check the games out the achievements say they are unlocked but the points have not been allocated. There is about 12,000 gamer score missing. Xbox chat have been
no help!

 

merge xbox accounts (local with live) both with gamerpoints

Sadly this is not viable. All Gamerscore and Achievements are allocated to the account that acquired them and there is no potential way to merge other than re-earning the achievements. Sorry for any inconvenience.

 

I have submitted an entry to the gamerscore problem survey!

Anyone recommend anything else?

Sorry you're experiencing troubles

There is a recognised problem with Xbox One Achievements and Challenges not being awarded properly, and solutions are at the following link:

support.xbox.com/.../troubleshoot-achievements-challenges

You have the following options to try:

- Double check your achievement progress on your console. If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console but it doesn't show, it may not be synchronised with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronisation to take place.

- Check your achievement progress online. If the achievement appears under "Achievements" it is unlocked. If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn't yet synchronised with Xbox Live or the achievement was not successfully
unlocked.

- Ensure you're connected to the internet / Xbox Live. If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related
notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live.

- Restart your console. Restarting your console will ensure that any achievements awaiting synchronisation on the console are re-sent to Xbox Live.

- Remove and redownload your account. The account information stored on your console may be out of date. To update your account information, delete and then redownload your account.

Unfortunately I have tried all of those steps listed above but still not had any luck. The achievements also show as unlocked on Multiple Xbox 360's, Xbox One's and the Xbox.com website.

I've gone through many troubleshooting steps with the Support Agents but again, had no luck which leads me to believe it's a problem at Microsoft's end.

Have you tried a factory reset? I've heard that this may help.
