Xbox achievements syncing issue

    Xbox achievements syncing issue


    Ok, this is the first time this has happened, other than minor achievement issues on the 360 which were all fixed with deleting and re-downloading profile. So, I had about 141,600-800ish gamerscore, don't remember the exact amount but I know I got on COD-
    AW on 360 last night and popped 2 achievements, "escape artist" and "wheelman" I than noticed my gamerscore dropped to 136408. I figured out it was not counting the two I just gotten and I lost all my xbox one achievements. I wasn't quite in the mood at the
    time to figure out what was wrong and went to sleep thinking it would be fixed in the morning.

    Well, this morning I woke up, got on saw the same issue was active, so I logged on the xbox one, played a game for a bit and unlocked an achievement on Lords of the Fallen "I feel lucky" for 30 gamerscore. The points logged on both the one and the 360
    but it shows on the 360 that my total xbox one gamerscore is 30....when I know I had at least 5,000 ish. Any idea what to do? I just re-downloaded my profile on both systems and it still didn't fix it. I haven't noticed anyone else with this problem.

    Blu ray update

    Sync issues on blu-ray? Are you sure its down to the xbox? I have no sync issues on my set up watching blu-rays.

    I've watched plenty of blu rays on my xbox since i got it and since the update. The only time i had any sync issues was when i had the audio going from xbox to tv to amp, but this introduced sync issues to everything via the console other than gaming. Now that i have it go from the xbox to the amp there are no sync issues at all.

    Not sure what fixed it but my gamerscore returned to me randomly.

    There have been some server issues recently that have caused achievements to not unlock or get "stuck" in the unlocking phase. Most, if not all, of these issues have been resolved, so that is why you noticed your score normalize.

    Hi there,

    For achievement sync issues what I have found works best (and usually fixes the issue) is deleting and re-downloading your xbox profile. This should cause everything to sync with the servers again and award the achievements that you have earned.

    For achievement sync issues I would advise that you delete your profile and re-download it. 99% of the time this will resolve any issues that arise as far as achievement sync 😀
