    xbox achievements problem


    I was recently suspended and do not know why but that is not the problem on my xbox 360 it shows my correct gamerscore 35800 but on the xbox one it shows 185 and also on the website and says that all my xbox 360 achievements are gone. How do i get the gamerscore
    back? this account is currently not the one with the problem i could not post a thread because the account is suspended

    Achievement problems

    I have done all of the troubleshooting procedures and its still not giving me the achievement that I have completed. I beat halo 2 legendary 2 years ago and it never gave me the achievement, i need it for the armour unlocks in halo 5, I got disconnected twice while troubleshooting and just want this to be done with. CS couldnt provide me with a solution and told me to post on here.





    Edit : I have recently unlocked it by replaying halo 2 on easy and getting all the par times

    Mordor Achievement Problems

    Apparently lots of people are having trouble with achievements in multiple games today. A possible cause is that servers are overloaded with people trying to play Halo online and the new owners buying new consoles. Your achievements will pop out eventually.

    It sounds like you were given a gamerscore reset. Resets are permanent. You won't be able to get those achievements back.

    No. Once you've been reset you can no long re-earn any of the achievements that were reset.

    is there anyway microsoft would give them back to me thats kind of ridiculous that they did that there was no reason for that

    No. As I said above, there is no way to get them back once you've been given a reset.

    The enforcement team does not issue resets without investigating your account. They would have found a reason to issue a reset.

    Xbox Video not tracking watched percentage correctly

    The problem is with the tracking inside the XBOX One Achievements app (not the True Achievements app).

    Hello BlakManDan, there was a problem yesterday with Achievements not only yourself were having these problems but everyone else on Xbox one. Your Achievement should unlock by itself in a couple of days some are already unlocking for others. I've had this
    problem too and my achievements unlocked after awhile no need to worry :).
