Xbox achievements not working

Hi guys. Around 2 days ago I noticed that my achievements app wouldn't load, a few hours later I stopped earning achievements full stop! When I go onto the website or smartlglass it doesn't work either. I think it may be profile specific because none of
my friends have it. When I click on the achievements app it just says, " something went wrong" and comes up with an error code which doesn't even work when you submit it to Xbox.com. I have tried turning it off and resetting it etc but it doesn't work! It
just annoy me the most that I cant earn any achievements! Btw the error code Is 0x87c40011 it has a different one when you snap it but neither of them work. Has this happened to any of you? If so how did you fix it? Please help this is really annoying.

Not working for me! Halo is not working, achievements app is not working...frustrating for a 400€ Xbox!

I’m not sure if this is the appropriate place to voice my concern however, I’ve recently completed everything required in order to achieve the: “Just warming up”, “practice Run”, “Trial of Power” achievements on fifa 17 aswell as the: “Undertaker”, “Dark
Arts” and “Dark Reunion” achievements in call of duty ww2! All of which have taken hours of time, concentration and effort, so you can hopefully see my frustration? At first I considered it as anomaly but It’s now becoming a regulatory! Any help?

Yeah same here.. Microsoft need to sort it out big time, wasting my time here.

 

It's really annoying me how I can't earn any

 

Alright so now the app works but my achievements are glitched cos it says it's not unlocked but then I've unlocked it wtf!!!!!!!!!!

 

I've just had the same issue. Halo MCC was acting up a couple of days ago and wouldn't unlock campaign achievements. Now I can't access the achievement apps and new achievements won't unlock. I think I should have unlocked some over the past few hours in
sunset overdrive so hopefully they will still be tracked and unlock when the issue is resolved.

 

Sollerboy don't worry about it, mine only just fixed the other day. It was like it for three days then randomly just came back. When it comes back which I promise it will the achievements that you should have unlocked while it was broken say done unlocking...
And will take few more days to actually unlock usually over night though. I know it's really annoying not being able to get achievements especially with a new game but your achievements are still there so don't worry about it. Hope this helps

 

Thanks for the reassurance. It actually looks like the halo achievements have now unlocked when I look at the activity feed in the friends app.

 

I hope its the case they do unlock !! I've been blasting through Wolfeinstein on the hardest setting and I've not had a lot of cheevos I should have had! I don't want to continue with it if they don't unlock I would rather wait until its sorted !

 

I've reported the issue on the preview and ambassadors support forums. Got several missing myself.

 

I contacted support and they told me to contact the developers of Wolfenstein but I cant see that fixing anything !

 

If you don't mind me asking, how long has it been since achievements stopped working? Does the app work or is it just not earning any? With mine the app didn't work it said something went wrong and how my achievements aren't lost. After about four days I
suddenly out of the blue earned an achievement and the app was working again. All the achievements that I earned while it was broken didn't unlock straight away the progress bar was at 100% and it said done, unlocking... So it took three days after that and
one achievement is still delayed! If it's been any longer than a week then it might be a problem. And I dont think its to do with wolfenstien, try going on achievements in smartlglass kr here on Xbox.com it didn't work for me which is how I knew it was my
profile which was the problem. You just have to be patient I know it's annoying but they will come back,

 

Its not just Wolfenstien.. I have missing cheeves on Destiny, Halo and a couple of others.
