Xbox achievements not updated/saved to account

I recently spoke to a support member who helped me rid my console of the "Local cache full!" error message, but the achievements I earned while the cache was full have not updated to my profile, and that agent told me to post a support
message here, because you guys handle this kind of stuff as well. Please attempt to solve my problem.

2nd updated: My system are FULL recovery finally, Thank god back-up server saved my achievements but the awards still not updated yet, let wait for the awards come back..

Xbox Live Cloud Save

It cannot be accessed manually. Our Xbox Live Profiles are also saved to cloud which is why whenever we sign-in our accounts to a different console, it's always updated. Achievements sync to our Xbox Live Profiles so I'm pretty sure they are at some point
included in cloud as well. Once you saved a game progress, it would automatically go to your local storage in the console and cloud, if you're connected to the Internet. To be able to retrieve your game progress, you will just need to launch your game again
as your updated game save would automatically sync to your game.

Could you share what you did for the "Local cache full" error message. I have done a few hard resets but does not seem to work. I started to play State of Decay 2 and have not received one achievement since I started this past weekend.

If it's an Xbox One, you would just need to sign into the account. As long as the account was on Live, saves are automatically saved to the cloud and achievements are saved on the Xbox servers. So everything will automatically sync up when you sign into
the account. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/sign-in-solution

If it's a 360, you can still sign into the account and the achievements would still be attached. Saves would depend on where they were saved. If you had saved them to the cloud, then they should automatically sync again. Otherwise, you'd need the storage
device you used.

Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer saves and achievements between accounts. Best thing to do if you want to keep your saves and achievements is to use the new account.

I recommend to verify if the account is logged into Xbox Live. If the don't or can't sign in, this will prevent you from accessing your achievements, game progress, and other game data. All this data is saved in the cloud on your Xbox account, and if you
can't sign in to Xbox through your game, you can't save your achievements and game progress. See
