Xbox Achievements Not Syncing on Windows Phone

Hello! There appears to be a widespread service issue with the Xbox service for Windows Phone 8.1 (Windows 10 Mobile appears to be unaffected). There are issues being reported by a large number of people at TrueAchievements stating that none of their achievements
for Windows Phone 8.1 are syncing to their profiles. This does not appear to be an issue for any other platform at this time, and started earlier today, possibly around 1 PM EST.

A similar outage to this occurred in February 2015, for reference. The latest issue happened just 20+ days ago - Xbox Achievements Not Syncing on Windows Phone

Please investigate this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Achievements Affected: 3 achievements -
Canny Cannon: The player must attain a score of 15,000 inside a single level,
Fuzz-tastic: The player must gain 200 fuzzballs,
In It To Win It: The player must reach a score of 150,000.

Xbox Achievements Not Syncing on Windows Phone

Name of game: iStunt2 (WP7)

Achievements: Stadium Stunts Complete and Extreme Skies Unlocked

Unlocked: around 4.30pm (Australian Eastern Time) on Saturday, April 22.

Unlocked in game, green banner showed up, showed as unlocked on in-game achievement list. Didn't sync due to issues. Now they are showing in game as locked again.

Couldn't edit any longer, but noticed my achievements just synced. Thank you if somebody helped me!

This is also impacting Leaderboard functionality for Windows Phone 8.1. This is not impacting Xbox Live connections, as people are able to connect to The Sims Freeplay and Age of Empires: Castle Siege.

This is behaving exactly like the previous issue that occurred last month (though, currently excluding Windows 10 Mobile).

 

I was affected by this today.

Were unlocked ~2pm EST., but didn't sync.

 

Thus does include people on Windows phone 10. I have a Lumia 950xl. I started the game Cut the rope on May 1st, have unlocked 16 out of achievements. They show up on T.A and the xbox 360 achievement list but not the Xbox One or Xbox app.

 

Also have got one achievement which did not sync. Unlocked the master grenadier achievement in Fragger yesterday at 12:44 local time (GMT +1), which did sync (was earned while I wasn't at home so synced that about 15 minutes later when I connected the phone
to wifi). Unlocked the triple enraged frag achievement in Fragger at around 6-7 PM local time and that did not sync.

This was on my Lumia 630 (WP8.1)

 

I'm having the same problem. An achievement I popped on the WP 8.1 isn't syncing with my profile (the gamerscore for the achievement has not been added to my profile).

Time: May 16, 2017 at around 5:00 PM EST.

Game: Runemals

Achievements Affected: Ranger (Complete all forest quests)

Phone OS and Model: 8.1 Nokia Lumia 830

 

Same problem here. Achievements won't syncing to my profile.

this is not the same problem. Those are limitations of the apps. They haven't shown Windows Phone gamerscore for a long time. If the achievements show on TA and Xbox 360, they're on your profile.

 

This appears to have been resolved. Multiple reports coming in of the achievements syncing to profiles in the past couple hours.
