    Xbox achievement and Xbox 360 profile


    Hello every one

    I having these 2 issues first : xbox360 games not loading or downloading profile (credentials error) .

    second :

    problem with the achievements, recently I don’t get any achievements and I am doing all steps correctly , what problem ? Xbox one

    Game it’s :

    Resident evil 4

    Battlefield V

    And I deleted the account and re-registration again did not work and restarting my console and also didn’t work ! The only problem in these games mentioned above !

    Any one help me ?

    You can lose Gamerscore.

    If modded achievements are found on your account/profile your Gamerscore will be reset to 0.

    This can only happen with xbox 360 games achievements so you will only have 360 achievements reset as xbox one games achievements can not be modded.

    I just did a test I've just made a new profile on xbox 360 check achievements says 0 then I added account to x1 then went back on 360 into achievements and the xbox 1 appered

    Xbox one/Windows 10 achievements bug?

    I'm getting the same problem. I removed the profile and readded the profile but still no achievements showing where the leaderboard should be.

    I also play on Xbox 360 and when I check on friends who play on Xbox 360 they show no achievements either which should do, so maybe if you play on Xbox 360 (and Xbox ONE) you get this bug? Although friends who have not played anything for months/years still

    are you missing some achievements as score or missing everything from the 360?

    When I look at your profile on xbox.com it shows both xbox one and 360 achievements and score.
