I have recived a ban on my account for 12/31/9999 for joining a modded lobby in a call of duty game, my email is [Mod Removed] and the account is ShadowWolf45324. please help me as i havent did anything wrong

With the xbox one your account will be in the cloud so you just log onto your account on there xbox one and you can then use all your games as well

Doesn't this work exactly the same way as PSN. It isn't your Xbox that has an account it is YOU the gamer have an XBL account.

YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on your XB360 and it works.

YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on another XB360 and it works

YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on XB1 and it works.
