Xbox account wont install

So I turned on my xbox this morning and was having trouble with signing into my account. I managed 2 sign in but my saves weren't loading for a game. I was getting annoyed trying to get my saves back signing in and out then turning off my xbox and nothing
worked. So I decided to try to delete the account and reinstall it. Now when I try to reinstall the account this comes up

"____________@______.com is here already

Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you cant add it here"

The account was just deleted so I gave it about an hour its still showing this message as if the account is still on the xbox...

I just wanna game don't even care about my saves anymore

Hey Patient Mendez,

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already done so, I'd like for you to try performing a

factory a reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

Once the reset is done, you will be asked to sign back in. Let us know if this helps!

For game storage you need at least 256 gigs or the xbox one wont read it

Also should be noted an install from an xbox 360 wont work regardless as you still need the BC patch which still has to be downloaded and the game still has to be installed unless you have the disc itself

If you already bought it digitally just redownload it unless you dont live in your account region in which case only by downloading it from your account region can you do it
