Unfortunately we cannot help you here at the forums. You will have to call back the phone support and tell them you want to open an Unauthorized access investigation. They cannot say no. If they can verify that it was out of your control they will get your
account back.

Unfortunately, there's nothing anyone here on the forums can do. You would need to continue trying to work with support to have them run an unauthorized access investigation.

Microsoft complies with your local law enforcement. If your Xbox 360 was stolen and they are able to help in anyway in terms of tracking a console then they should be able to comply. They will not be able to release that information to you directly unfortunately,
they will go directly through with local law enforcement. They will not block a console from the network if the console itself hasn't done anything wrong, and you can always retrieve your account if it's been stolen/compromised from your console being stolen.

I would suggest reporting the stolen xbox to the police and giving over as much information and details about the xbox and the theif to them, so that they may be able to find and retrieve your stolen xbox and punish the person that has stolen it from you.

Information like the serial number and other useful pieces of information that can help are on the box you bought the console in and the reciept you would of had at the time of purchase.

Hopefully this helps and you are able to reclaim your stolen xbox and bring to justice the person that robbed it from you.

Since the purchase was made from Best Buy they would be the ones you'd need to talk to. Microsoft are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. Unfortunately there generally is no way to retrieve a lost code.
