    Xbox Account unlinking from Ubisoft Account - From Xbox side.


    I need to unlink my xbox profile from the ubisoft account it's currently linked too. My current xbox profile is set up with an old ubisoft account linked to an old email address which I no longer have access too. I can't login to to the old ubisoft account as I don't know the password and can't do a password reset because I can't access my old email address. I have gone through Ubisoft support and given them all the evidence requested except they can't help me as they need me to take a picture on my xbox home screen for proof. I no longer have an xbox, just PC but they aren't satisfied. Is there anyway I can unlink from the xbox side?

    Hi Francia j, Thanks for your response and it was the response I was expecting to be honest. It's a bit crazy that it can only be done from Ubisofts side. We can link from Xbox side but only unlink from Ubisoft side? Seems a bit ridiculous to me.

    if you unlink the xbox account from the ubisoft account you can only relink that xbox account with that same ubi account again, you cannot unlink and relink to another account, this is a restriction in place by ubisoft and the same is done with epic too.
