Xbox account transfer to another email

Hi I made my xbox account on the 360 and my dad used his email to make it. Because I didn't have a email at time. So it been years now and I have the xbox one s. Now I'm over 18 and I want to change the email link to it to my own email. It not the one link to this account I made this so I could free the one I want to use up. I just want to take the gamertag games data if able and achievement and anything else. But not take over his account because he has stuff link to it that I don't want to take on stop him from using them. So is there a way to switch the email link to the xbox account not the outlook or Microsoft account too.

Changing the primairy email address will not result in loss of anything

So if I was to have my dad move his accounts link to the email that link to the xbox account to another email then which it. It would work. He has about 4 accounts I know of a hotmail, gmail, outlook, and AOL. I not 100% sure what link to the email on the xbox account. But I don't think he used it much more then, my xbox account and minecraft at a point before we switch it to my email. So if we change the account link to the email. then add my email as an alias and make it the primary. And remove the his email. Then have him put them back to the email that we remove. An I just need to go through and update it to be my info. Then it good to go. Right in the long way.

The email will be gone, he can create one similar but not exactly the same email after that

Its not possible to unlink an Xbox account from the email registered to it unless that email gets erased and you add a second alias, but this would make the Email inaccessible for any other service
