    Hello, i have a couple questions to ask and need to be put in contact with the Xbox Live Enforcement Team ASAP. Now I was just playing a game minding my own business when somebody decided to pick a fight now at first I wasn't gonna
    do anything but he kept saying things and harassing me so I texted back obviously swearing and stuff... Now what I don't understand is that I get suspended for doing nothing just sticking up for myself but he doesn't? I think this is ridiculous and so not
    fair. If anyone knows how to help with suspensions please message back, thanks.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

    Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

    To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     It doesn't matter how it gets started. If you respond in a way that violates the codes of conduct, you can be suspended. The best thing to do in that type of situation is just report the other player and block communications
    with them rather than respond to them.

    Unclear about comm ban length.

    I was replying to this and I quote "Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges"this is an account suspension. if you had an account suspension
    you would havn't be able to sign in.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

    One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
    xbox.

    The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

    What it actually sounds like especially if it is happening with ALL accounts on the xbox is that it is actually a console suspension. and not a specific account suspension.
