    Xbox Account Suspension


    My account was recently banned for cheating. Problem is I don't know why; I have never used cheats or cheating software and (to the best of my knowledge) I have never knowingly played with a cheater or someone who has used this sort of software. I don't understand why my account was banned. I requested an appeal for the suspension, but was just emailed an automated message with some boiler plate information on what a cheating suspension is. My appeal was denied and is now permanent. I haven't been able to speak with ANYONE from the Xbox enforcement team. I've emailed them several times and called customer service multiple times. I guess my main question is why can't I reach anyone at the enforcement team to get my account unbanned? Why are they so ridiculously hard to reach? I'd like my account back, I payed for game pass and I'm not even able use it.

    I was replying to this and I quote "Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges"this is an account suspension. if you had an account suspension
    you would havn't be able to sign in.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

    One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
    xbox.

    The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

    What it actually sounds like especially if it is happening with ALL accounts on the xbox is that it is actually a console suspension. and not a specific account suspension.
