Xbox Account Suspension (NOT THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT)

Hello!
the reason for its suspension on XBOX is due to the message, audio, image etc that you have sent (obvious if it was inflammatory or vulgar content)
and if it is the first time that you do that, don't worry, it only lasts for 1 week, but in the same way if the other player behaved in an anti-sport way and you denounced it apart from the explicit image that you describe that the other player had
then that account is already under review by XBOX

for any inquiries regarding a ban or suspension you will need to create a post in the suspension forums. It's the only place to get a response from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team. They are the only people who can answer that question.

Also be aware that in case of a suspension/ban an email with the reason for the suspension/ban is send to the email address attached to the xbox live account

Sometimes you need to refresh your account once the suspension is over. And also, the suspension ends on the exact time it was applied, on the last day of the suspension: For example, if you were banned at 3PM, you will be unbanned at 3PM on the last day
of that suspension.

1. First check to see if there's no more suspensions that have been added on, as this can sometimes happen:

2. Remove and redownload your account as this usually fixes this if you're supposed to be unbanned now:

3. If you think there's a problem please contact xbox enforcement via a case review if the suspension is still active:

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

This is actually a MS account suspension and not a Xbox profile suspension.

Did you have them send you a code? So that you can get back into your account.

You can also sign into account.live.com and it will pop up with a box and tell you what you need to do to get back into your account.
