Xbox account suspension enforcement action

Hi guys

I have had my account suspended for a messaging infraction however this was not me but a friend being an idiot with someone. The problem is I can not see how long the suspension is for and have tried logging into the enforcement website to check but will not sign me in. I have also tried signing in on my PC but it will not let me due to enforcement action. I have had my account since 2006 and would be quite upset if it permanent as I have a really high Gamerscore and multiple purchases and game saves.

Can anyone assist me in letting me know what is happening i would be grateful and know exactly where I stand.

Did you mean that your account has been suspended? If your account has been given a suspension then check the following:

Enforcement issues can only be reviewed by Enforcement team members and they don't use the forums. Check here for Xbox Enforcement Action FAQ if you'd like to review that content:

Note: A case review cannot be submitted for a 24 hour suspension as the process will take longer than that to complete. In the case of a 24 hour suspension then the only solution is to wait out the suspension.

It would be great if someone from the enforcement team reached out and just explained were I stand with the account and move on from it. There is just no way to contact them.

Sorry about that. It has been going on for a few days actually. The enforcement page seems bugged and you're not alone

So this issue is still happening on the enforcement page. I find it quite annoying as I don't know where I stand.

I did the same yesterday. I finally had to create a whole new account just to finally log in and speak to an actual human in support through a call back and all they could say was. Were sorry your having these issues but we can’t help you with Enforcement matters or tell you anything regarding your suspension and directed me to the still broken enforcement page .I told them that suspensions are not showing because the site is down and we were told you could tell us at least how long we actually had for our suspensions. She said that is incorrect and the community advisors or ambassadors should not be telling people that. They said we don’t have any information regarding suspensions and that only the Xbox Enforcement team can help with that. I asked her if there was a phone number and she said no the only way to contact them is through an suspension appeal. I said that I can’t access any information on Enforcement page to make an appeal cause like I said ITS DOWN! So she said well then there’s nothing you can really do but wait until everything is fixed on their end or until your actual suspension is over whichever comes first. Then said sorry and hung up. That’s amazing customer service for ya
