Xbox account suspened

So my xbox account was permanetly suspened for no reason on saturday, but the last time I was banned was november 1st 2020 so I have been waiting but nothing has happened, They also keep saying they can't do nothing about but it's just the virtual bot what do I do?

There is an issue with the notifications for suspensions and everyone is being told their suspension is permanent, but it most likely isn't. Unfortunately, there's also an issue with the enforcement site so until that gets fixed and the suspension is added to the site, it's not possible to submit a review.

Hi, the policy enforcement team do not look at these forums I believe. You best option would be to ask this question in the account suspension section of the forums which you can get to by clicking

http://enforcement.xbox.com If it's a 24 hour suspension, you will not be able to submit a case review.
