Xbox account suspened. Need help and how to undo it

it turns out that it was for ecsessive refunding. Its not a perm ban it says 2/28/17. But for some reason they added 4 more hours to the suspension what does this mean.

If you keep asking support to reset the amount of times you can designate a home console per year then this is abusing the feature & can lead to enforcement action.

Sure, because you are circumventing an inherent system restriction in that scenario. As long as you stick within the limitation of 3 times annually that you can switch which console is Home, then you're fine.

Setting a console as Home or having another account access your content on the Home Xbox doesn't violate that CoC statement you are referencing.

Abusing the gameshare feature will lead to enforcement action.

It is meant to be used on consoles in the same household,not to share with friends.

The questions are there to make sure you are familiar with the ToU/CoC.If you know these then the questionnaire is extremely easy.
