Xbox account suspended with no reason?

I have received a suspension due to a screenshot (unsure what screenshot and have not been told) everything I do is PG and I have NEVER violated anything. I do not understand the suspension... and due to this suspension I have been removed from the ambassador program which I had an ample group of friends in and participated in the community regularly. I have never been more disappointed with xbox. I also stream on twitch and am unable to due to the ban. And now I have received messages from my followers why I am not streaming and having to tell them I'm suspended for no reason. I hope this situation can be fixed before 4 days so I can at least stream and I would like to return to my ambassadorship level as I TRULY have done nothing wrong and do not deserve to be removed. I called support and they said they cannot do anything.

you will have to go to the enforcement site to check and submit a review, once out of the ambassador program that's it, no way back in ever.

I submitted a review and they denied, they still never gave me a reason for suspension.

Depending on how long your suspension is there is a way to appeal it if its longer than 24 hours

Since your a newer xbox live member, perhaps another gamer and/or gamers filed complaints against your account through xbox live. Some people do this with or without a reason.

It's only the single player that is rated,the online aspect is not rated.

It's not a case of "manning up"

If you can't respect other people online then perhaps you shouldn't be playing online

Some people don't like to be swore at,screamed at etc. & they have as much right to go on xbox live as you do.

I have physical & mental health problems & so do many others,not sure why you felt the need to mention that as it has nothing to do with xbox live.
