Does this currently show as set up, or does it have a link asking you to "Set up..." as shown like this:

I tried to update my security account, with a valid phone number, Email and security question but i still have this message erreur.

I'm not sure i understand your last advice (i don't speak english so well) but I also tried to download on my smartphone an app password but i didn't succeed to synchronize it with my microsoft account. I don't know what i did wrong.

Maybe it can help, i remember that my problem started when i download my account on an other xbox (friend of mine). Now, when i start my xbox, it always aske me to sign in with my email and password, then the erreur message appear.

I hope i'm being clear anough.

Do you have any other ideas?

I hate it when they do that. I don't think the moderators here are going to have any more power than the phone agents. Xbox Support typically needs you to pass security questions before they can view the WLID. They didn't ask you a secret question or anything?

I removed the email completely

also if i remove the account wont i lose my game prgress?
