XBOX ACCOUNT SECURITY

I just want to say these past few days have been a nightmare. I recently had my account tampered with. Ive been playing alot of gta 5 online. You know how toxic people get when they are losing battles if you played enough. Ive never had anyone stoop this low. After recovery i immidietly set a back up email and two additional phone numbers as well as microsoft authy and more complicated password. I was so close to losing my account ive had for 9 years. Since xbox 360 first came out. Almost 50k gamerscore, 800+ friends, thousands of dollars on the line, all my games and progress on the line. Over 100 on xbox one, not including xbox 360 progression. The only reason i have my account back is because i kept my old phone and it is litterally the last day of the two months they give you before they disable your old phone number. I had to reactivate my old phone and thankfully i was able to. BOOST MOBILE WAS MORE HELPFUL THAN THE DOZEN MICROSOFT EMPLOYEES I TALKED TO. I want to state that they were helpful and comforting talking to them giving me hope. But it was false hope. The form you fill out online to recover your account is one huge JOKE. Its an automated system thats supposed to be another way to recover your account if you cant verify your ownership by the number provided. So being i couldnt update that because my account this was the only option. All the info i input was accurate and correct. The automated system DENIED ME. I put in my credit info, where the account was created, my first and last name, previous passwords, even my XBOX ID NUMBER. I am so lucky but still very angry. I shouldnt have had to rely on paying for another phone bill just to get a security code and change my password. Also microsoft employees should have EVERY RESOURCE TO HELP PEOPLE IN THIS SITUATION. They kept telling me they cant do anything about it and to keep filling out that stupid form that is so corrupt its not even funny. If you read all this thank you for your time and i STRONGLY reccommend you update all your security info and add multiple back ups, change password and authy. MICROSOFT XBOX, PLEASE MAKE THE NECCESSARY CHANGES TO BEST HELP YOUR LOYAL GAMERS WHEN THIS HAPPENS. This has been complete BS. If this had happened a week to a month later then access to my account would be gone. The automated system denied me less then 5 minutes after the form was submitted everytime. No intelligent human reviewed it once only AI which sucks to say the least. How can you deny someone when the form was filled out and submitted in the same state and area the account has been created and used for years ? One recent log in from russia a few days ago caused all this. I will say this though. I do believe xbox caught the suspious log in quickly and in time before it got worst because my password still worked and was able to log in and take the first step into recovery. EVERYONE WHO READS THIS BE ADVISED IF THE PEOPLE YOU ENCOUNTER ONLINE AND SECURE YOUR ACCOUNT AS BEST AS POSSIBLE. I PROMISE YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE IN THIS SITUATION I WAS IN. MICROSOFT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU AT ALL AS OF NOW ESPECIALLY IF THE PHONE NUMBER ALLOCATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IS NO LONGER ACTIVE. ADD MORE NUMBERS AND EMAILS CHANGE PASSWORD AND DOWNLOAD AUTHY APP ALSO FACE RECOGNITION AND FINGER PRINT SCANNER.
