Xbox Account Recovery

Several years ago I lost access to my Xbox account. I had the same problem many have, where I filled out the recovery form over and over with each result being that the automated system determined that I hadn't provided adequate information. I was annoyed
but grateful that Microsoft blocked the account to keep further access at bay for whoever worked their way in. I created another account (this one).

Yesterday I get a text from a friend asking if I'm online. I wasn't. Someone was logged in under my blocked, inaccessible gamertag playing online. I confirmed this by looking them up and seeing the friends list. My old friends list. So I hopped online and
managed to change the password for the old account. I thought that I might finally be able to get access again but was met with the same form and process as before. I've now filled out this form several times, with details nobody else could know, and am still
pushed back and denied access.

So, to get this straight, I changed the password, I'm typing in the new password, filling out this form that's been a consistent issue for myself and many others, and I'm kept out, but some jackwagon from wherever that hacked their way in can just hop online
whenever they want and drop in to Modern Warfare without needed to go through this tedious, flawed process. And support gives me a call and tells me there's nothing they can do about it.

I don't believe that a tech giant created a system that cannot be modified or worked around when it comes to a simple account recovery. I need some real help with this. I need to get this account back and away from this person. They have access to personal
data and I feel like this isn't being taken seriously.

When prompted with the option to "secure your account" in the following page that comes up, are you unable to access select any option that reads something like I don't have any of these?

You should have the option to add an new security option to your account, although it may take some time in order for this to take effect, this is in an effort to protect your account.

If you do not see this option, instead try this
link and let us know if this works for you!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an account issue. If you are able to sign in and change the password. I am not sure why you need to recover the account. To change the password, you need to fully sign in and sometimes verify
the account. We recommend requesting a call from support to assist you as they can look at the information on the account provided can verify.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us

Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing

Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

There is an option to change your password where a link is sent to your email. That's the route I took that didn't require me to fully sign in. After doing this, I'm still asked to "help us secure your account".

Where is the customer service??? This is ridiculous. The suspension has been completed...and is now 2 hours late ..i still cant do anything.

Also, why can't I reach an actual person to talk too when I call the Microsoft Support number?

Only if we get are Info right it still says it's not good enough to let me in and locks us out with your on hand personal telling us " there nothing we can do " so we just loose everything we had or made purchases on in the last 14 years because your security systems lock account up and won't let them back .
