    Hello. I can't change my xbox.com privacy settings. I'm an adult and don't have a child account, and "joining multiplayer games" is currently set to blocked and whenever changing it it changes back. I don't have an xbox one. I've tried on my pc, my phone, and multiple different browsers on both devices. Microsoft support isn't a help at all and they can't figure it out. Can somebody help me ? This is extremely annoying.

    I did all of those steps. This has been going on for months. I have an adult account and I just got off the phone with a support person and once again the case is getting "escalated" which is what I've been told every time for so long and they can't figure out what the issue is. I want my account to be fixed I'm tired of being given excuses for why a basic thing about my account can't be changed.

    An Xbox account is automatically created when a Microsoft account is created. The only way to remove it would be to delete the entire Microsoft account.

    Hi there,

    Is the account that you made for your brother a child account? If it is then you will need to manage his Xbox Live privacy from a parent account that is linked through a Family system.

    Is the same error occurring on account.xbox.com and on the Xbox app if you have it downloaded? If so then the issue still lies with his communication privacy settings.
