Xbox account privacy issue

Xbox account was never set up from me. User DaBella7596 is on our account with no authurization. Please remove and reporting all activity on Xbox as we do not use Xbox only microsoft for business use. Please send follow up in regards to our account privacy.

I did all of those steps. This has been going on for months. I have an adult account and I just got off the phone with a support person and once again the case is getting "escalated" which is what I've been told every time for so long and they can't figure out what the issue is. I want my account to be fixed I'm tired of being given excuses for why a basic thing about my account can't be changed.

An Xbox account is automatically created when a Microsoft account is created. The only way to remove it would be to delete the entire Microsoft account.

Hi there,

Is the account that you made for your brother a child account? If it is then you will need to manage his Xbox Live privacy from a parent account that is linked through a Family system.

Is the same error occurring on account.xbox.com and on the Xbox app if you have it downloaded? If so then the issue still lies with his communication privacy settings.

Its not a permission issue its an account privacy issue the problem you are having do to the accounts privacy settings being set to wrong thing
