    Xbox account permanently banned


    Hi, as of now my xbox account was banned 23 days ago for 'account theft phishing solicitation', the same day I was banned I sent in an appeal. As it has been so long and I haven't had a reply from the enforcement team I am extremely concerned. On enforcements page it still says 'under review' and I am being prevented from contacting anyone at Xbox or Microsoft because of this enforcement. Is there anyway I can get in touch with the enforcement team or have my accounts appeal reviewed asap?

    Hello!

    Permanent account bans are not given without intense consideration and review. These bans are for extremely severe violations of the Xbox Code of Conduct. Permanent bans are not eligible for review and the only option is to create a new account.

    A permanent suspension means your account has been permanently banned from connected to the Xbox servers.

    Also, if you've been given any "tips" that triggering a short-term ban of the account for offensive Bio content will somehow negate the account's permanent ban, you were told wrong. A permanent ban is permanent.

    No, the ban is imposed on the Microsoft account and will not be lifted when the Xbox One is released as the entire Microsoft account is permanently banned.
