    Xbox Account Ownership


    Hello,

    I currently play Xbox. My Xbox Account uses my father's email address as he set it up for me when I was a teenager.

    Now as an adult, I want to move this account from my father's email address to my own email address.

    I've read the support that is out there for this issue, and it always seems to involve deleting accounts which I don't want to do as both email addresses are in use.
    To reiterate, neither email addresses can be deleted.

    To add a bit more confusion to this fire, my current email address (the one I want to register my account to) already has an Xbox account automatically linked to it. I have never used this Xbox account, and so any advice on removing this Xbox account from
    my email (without deleting my email address) would be very welcome too.

    Hello so you cant swap accounts and you wont be able to use your email address since you already have an account associated with it.

    This clearly means that the ownership of the product is not using the right account, or might have been activated elsewhere.

    Recheck your account ownership by setting your Xbox as home.

    Games that I own from redeem codes no longer in my owned games.

    The thing is I checked my account on Xbox.com with my laptop and my ownership of both games and all dlc doesn't show at all.

    That's the confusing part. It's like my ownership got revoked or something happened to my account on Xbox's servers that unlisted my ownership of the titles.
