    Xbox account not working properly on my Xbox


    My home screen randomly stopped showing xbox live icons yesterday. I couldn’t press on anything. So i restarted it, then signed in. But it asked for my password which was odd. So i signed in, but it still did the same as before. So i restarted my xbox multiple
    times after. I got nothing. So i signed onto my friends account to see if it was my account, i signed on as you normally would with everything working. He signed onto my account on his xbox and my account worked fine for him. So i removed and added my account
    back but nothing changed, i still can’t play games or click to join parties, no one has a gamer pic. Is this a console issue, i’ve got the original Xbox One 500GB. Please help?

    Seems an issue with corrupt data. Try a factory reset while keeping games and saves.
