    Xbox account not working please help


    When I try and sign into my account it sends a code to my back up email and I don’t have access to it, when I try and fill out the recover thing they never get back to me even thought i everything is right, and every time I call them they all hang up on me

    You can get a constant orange light if its not connected to the console so make sure it is fully connected to the console also unplug from mains 30 seconds plug back in and try again

    It looks like it needs exchanged I would contact where you got it from they should give you a new one in its place sorry I cant be more help
