Xbox account not transferring to pc

For those wondering if your PC data will transfer over to the Xbox one, the answer is yes and no. What they are doing is allowing you to clone your current PC account and have it playable on the Xbox one. That being said the two accounts are separate so
what ever progress you make on the Xbox one will not "transfer" on your PC account, and vice-versa. I hope this answered any questions people have or will have.

Hi the data was lost when the stick was in the xbox, not the PC. The xbox started the transfer but for some reason the gamertag was not transfered only game saves. Now the stick wont work in any xbox or PC. I sent you a PM to ask for further assistance re

Thanks for the help! I signed into another account from the xbox and it worked. But why doesn't it transfer to other accounts on PC like it does on the xbox?

I am aware that your kid's Fortnite accounts aren't migrating to their PC as expected; instead, they are creating a whole-new accounts.



To transfer your kids' Fortnite account to their PC, they will need to link their Xbox Live account to their Epic Games account. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Go to the Epic Games website and sign in to your kids' Epic Games account.
   
2. Click on the "Account" tab and select "Connected Accounts."
   
3. Click on the "Connect" button next to the Xbox Live option.
   
4. Sign in to your kids' Xbox Live account.
   
5. Follow the prompts to link the accounts.
   

Once the accounts are linked, your kids should be able to access their Fortnite account on their PC. If they are still having issues, please let me know and I will do my best to assist you further.

Please be aware that there is currently no method to transfer game purchases or progress between the Microsoft accounts or gamertags.
