XBOX Account not existing

Hello,

for some reason my XBOX Account isn't existing anymore.

My win 10 showed me the message that my XBOX app is damaged or password was wrong ... I thought over the last weeks "no problem, Ive changed the password in april to log on with my new pc and have not used the laptop so far".

Now I got the message as well on my main pc ... I tried to log in but nothing was working... system even said my account isn't existing.

Okay, I got a new one to contact the MS support.

I had to verfiy some stuff to get it back ... did it and now just my new account was reset (by 1 hour so far), even if I used it only for support reasons.

My old Account and purchases are still missing.

And in XBOX app my new account is also not working anymore.

What can I do?

The error code you gave is network related, and may indicate the app can't access internet. Give this a go and let me know if it helps...

On your PC, go to Xbox.com and select Sign in. If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help you solve them. If you can’t go beyond the sign-in screen, select Forgot
my password and follow the instructions.
If that didn’t work, select the Start button > Settings > Time & language. Under Date & time make sure the Set time automatically setting
is turned on.
If none of those options work, select the Start button > Settings > Accounts , then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Remove.
Then go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed.

help and you need further assistance you need to contact Xbox customer support. What region are you in?

Also, you don't have to start a new account to speak to customer support.

To clarify, is this on a Windows pc rather than a console,?

thx a lot ... time zone on automatic gave me back my login window ... now it's only the issue with the hacker left but some nice support guy, who saw whats actually the problem with my account, took care and delegated it some steps up

P.S. this is a third account (second MS support related, to get ridd of the mess the first support account created)
