    Xbox account not allowing me to sign in


    This morning I sat down to use my Xbox One S. Upon starting it up, I found that I was signed out of my account. I attempted to sign in, and was given the error code 0x80bd0006. To attempt to fix this, I went to the Xbox website. I was able to sign
    in to the Microsoft website, but whenever I clicked on 'Xbox', it would sign me out, and not allow me to press the 'Sign In' button. I am also unable to sign in on the Xbox app. Every time I enter my login information, I am given the error code ExFDaB0RoGMtEJ5P.2.1.
    I am unsure what to do, as I have not seen anyone else who has experienced this problem.

    Try clearing the system cache.

    You may also need to re-download your profile. On your storage device, delete your profile only and then redownload it.

    Should work fine after downloading it.
