xbox account needs a fix

my main account is comms banned until october 9th, but it has affected all my other accounts even though no support member has seen a console ban and the enforcement site says that i have no active bans or suspensions.

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

Remove your account from the Xbox and then add it back to the Xbox this will force the Xbox to rsync with your cloud live account. That should fix your issue. I believe that code is for a cloud account exception.

The only thing I can guess is that one of the other accounts on your console may have committed an especially egregious violation of the Code of Conduct, causing your console to be banned from the service (thus why all accounts on the console are
affected).

You will want to have the other account owners check their Enforcement records on
http://enforcement.xbox.com.

There is very little the forums can do for you in terms of Enforcement action, as the Enforcement team does not post here, and nobody else around here have access to your Enforcement records.

Sadly it appears to be true that they stopped offering it without notice according to the newspapers. And also unfortunately like you discovered when you move accounts, it just changes the email address associated with them not the actual account itself.

Sorry for being thick, but if you remove your secondary account from your family account, or it has ran out already, secondary or primary accounts surely no longer exist as it is a family plan term. Meaning you can remove the secondary account from the family
option within the xbox form your primary, and then the secondary will become primary by default as it is no longer associated with an account.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
