Xbox account needing a new email.

If I understood you wanna yse the Email from the new Xbox account on the old one. If yes you need to change the Email for the new one first to disconnect Email and Xbox account. Then you need to change the Email alias for your old Xbox account on account.xbox.com.
There you need to first add ne Email and then set it as primary alias for the account.

so when it migrations is completed and mojang emailed me the code and sent it to my email account were does this new account come from do i need a new email address just for minecraft or a 2nd account on micrsoft or an new xbox account were do i get this new account from ??????? i dont understand

the email account is the microsoft account which in turn is the xbox account, they are all one and the same, you cannot transfer an xbox account to another email, you would need to create a new alias instead.
