    Hello

    I have the following problem. Since 18.08 my played games are no longer displayed on mine only in activities feet.
    is probably the account that no longer synchrinisiert.

    I already tried everything. I have completely initialized my console.
    Hard reset brought nothing.

    Electricity taken from the console. Unfortunately, nothing brings anything.
    slowly I am at a loss and it annoys me so much.

    the gamerscore were associated with a lot of time and please fix this again.

    I have already phoned several times with her support, which always only told me to initialize what brings nothing.

    this must be a bug in the account.

    the last games I've played are The walking dead: the last season and Strange Brigade that unfortunately do not appear in my games list to compare achivments with friends it only shows bud spencer and terrence hill no matter what i play now the

    There are a lot of gamertags that are just 0 gamerscores and just sitting there for so long and no one hasn't use them at all

    listed. I know there's more GT's that are just 0 gamerscores or banned, is there an actual date to when they will reset?

    Unfortunately we would not be able to provide you with an exact date as there is no method of deciphering when the account last logged in (due to the "Appear Offline" function.

    Additionally, some of these gamertags would not be made available to the public due to the nature of their name as it could be viewed as a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.
