    Xbox Account/Minecraft Realms issues


    I have some issues with my xbox home tab and minecraft realms. I can't play on them because i need to change my privacy settings on account.xbox.com, but this website don't work for me, it shows this

    every time when i want to see my xbox home tab page/or even log into my account on browser it kickes me on this site

    anyone have any idea what can i do to play on my realm? i cant even accept my friend request, it says that i can't play multiplayer with those settings on my microsoft account

    Thank you for contacting Forum support.

    Sorry to hear there is an issue launching Minecraft online. Just to let you know you won’t have access to Realms while using a Beta version of Minecraft on an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer.

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with Minecraft Realms on the Nintendo Switch. Based on the message you received, it may be possible that your account doesn't have the correct permissions to access online multiplayer across different
    devices.

    Is your account a child or adult account? Players under 13 years old will have online multiplayer disabled by default with Minecraft and
    won’t be able to join Realms or servers unless a parent changes their account settings.
    For help with changing these account settings, you will need to change your
    Privacy and Online settings of the Xbox Live account.
