XBOX account migration does not work - want to move it back from Norway to Germany with me

When I headed to Norway I changed region and it went fine. Now over three months passed and I want it back with me in Germany, but I constantly get an error when trying to change it again. I have my invoice adress and credit card details all on German data
and verifited, but still in my account a Norwegian adress as well which I cannot delete.

Kindly help out as the chat support was also last time not able to see anything strange and just told me to wait, but now after being even more sure that three months passed still it is not working.

Account migration and gold membership

Hello. I just used account migration to move my account from Germany to US. According to the associates support page, my gold membership was suppose to move with it. When I proceeded with the migration I WAS CHARGED for the membership I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED.
I don't want to hear no refunds. I was following the guide provided in your support page for the process.

you cannot the account region must match your billing region

that being said since this is only a vacation you will have to use a norway account as you will not want to lose access to content if you should choose to move the account back to norway and its only a one time move

id just create a temporary account for netherlands and then use the original account in norway when you move back

Hi! Thanks, but I tried the usual suspects back and forth. Did chat with the support. All without results. I cannot cancel my Gold as it is some sub now which was created by the move and does not allow to cancel. I am stuck between all options and nothing
works out properly. Help

 

Did you read the section that lists the reasons why you may not be able to move the tag?

 

Hi. Had a chat with support again. Seems my Office 365 abo is the root cause which I have to cancel and redo. So solution found. Thanks for caring!

 

glad to hear you figured it out. the membership is one of the reasons that you can't migrate.
