Xbox account / Microsoft Account mismatch - how to unravel?

The online account that has gold must be downloaded onto your console

The offline profile must join xbox live and create a new account if you w ant to use your progress

Can you transfer a Xbox live subscription to another one? so if I create a new Microsoft account for the offline profile can I transfer my subscription over?

If you purchased unravel on the store, the game should be inside your ready to install directory ( go to app and games , then games, then ready to install, display all games and highlight unravel, select install ).

If you dont see it , delete your account from the console then add it back to sync all infos ( how to https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

your physical location<< and try again.
