    Hello! There is a problem logging in to account from all devices (pc, console, iOS app).

    I've been using this account for years and didn't have any problems yet, but now I cannot login for 4 days already.

    When the problem will be solved and how can I be compensated for the lost days of currently active GOLD and GAME PASS subscriptions?

    I'm from Ukraine, the same error 0x80a40010 on Xbox, and error 0x8015DC0B (XO_E_ACCOUNT_COUNTRY_NOT_AUTHORIZED) on Xbox app on Windows 10.

    Workaround: disable network on Xbox, you will be able to login and play locally
