    Xbox Account Login Crashes


    HI all,

    I have Fligth Sim 2020 for PC Win 10 and been playing it for 3 weeks. Now when I try to start it everything freezes when i get to the Xbox Live logon screen. I deleted flight sim to reinstall but same issue. I log into Xbox Live before starting up Flight
    Sim and still same issues. All drivers and windows are updated. I originally had steam verify all files and they were good.

    Did a google search and try some of the 'fixes' but no difference...example, using power shell to verify windows files etc.

    At a loss and very frustrated. All other games are working with no issues.

    Any suggestions are welcome!

    Having the same issue myself.

    Xbox app on iOS 12.2 (iPhone XS), crashes upon the Microsoft account login screen. Have submitted the crash report, so fingers crossed..!

    Ages of Empires 4 crashes 2-3 seconds after launch, on any computer under my xbox account. Seems something like a license error.

    Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. Kindly note that the problem is not on a specific computer. Even on computers that I freshly install Xbox App, if I login with my account, the game crashes to desktop. If I login, on the same computer, with another xbox account then the games plays normally.

    I had tried deleting and reinstalling several times. Did not work.

    Took your advice and cleared cache as well. Did not work.

    tried clearing cache and deleting app and reinstalling. Did not work.

    App still crashes every time at the moment i log into account. Screen turns black and returns me to iphone home screen.
