Xbox account log in fails everytime

Ok, so every single time i turn my xbox off then go out for the day and come back and turn my xbox back on i attempt to log into my xbox live account then click to sign into it and it comes up with the black loading screen and the home page turns from Green
( which is no xbox account logged in) to Red (meaning my account is logged in) it then gets stuck on the black loading screen which i can get out of but even so i then click to play any game and they dont load.. i try to join a party and they dont load..

The only solution to fix it is to hard reset my xbox.. and doing this every time is pretty annoying really.

Anyone else heard of this or know of a fix?

Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

Doesn't this work exactly the same way as PSN. It isn't your Xbox that has an account it is YOU the gamer have an XBL account.

YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on your XB360 and it works.

YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on another XB360 and it works

YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on XB1 and it works.

 

Party overlay

Yesterday, was playing online with a friend using in game voice chat. I had party overlay off. Upon finishing our game, I closed out of the game and logged out of my Xbox account. Powered down my Xbox via controller. Ten minutes later my son logged in to HIS Xbox account. In the upper left corner, the party overlay was on. My friends gamertag was listed. My son and my friend have never been friends on the Xbox. It would not go away. I logged back into my account, deleted our friendship, even blocked my friend. Still nothing! My son and I are not friends on Xbox. I called my friend, he logged off and turned his Xbox off, still nothing. I did a power cycle restart via the Xbox button on the Xbox. That took care of the issue. Any suggestions so I do not have to go through all that Everytime I play? Anyone else have this issue?

if this is only happening on your xbox live account I would suggest to try removing and redownloading your profile. Be sure to do a power cycle in between those steps

If its the same issue, can you try switching to the Energy safe mode. That should work around the issue for now.

When the April update is released you could try the Instant-On option again to see if the issue has been resolved
