Xbox account "Locked"

Okay, so this all started two days ago when I tried signing in on my Xbox One and it said, you account has been "locked" and gave me the error code: (0x80a40014)

So I went onto xbox.com and tried signing into my windos live id, and came up with the same result.

Why?

The two reasons listed were someone was trying to guess my password and failed two many times, or that the email was registered with in another organization and hasn't been activated yet (none of which are true).

I've called in, verified that the account is mine (twice). The result being to "reset my password". So I tried resetting it at first, got the code to my phone, and it didn't work. I called in again and they had me fill out another verification form (which
I passed) and said they would escalate it to a higher tier and gave me an issue number.

Then I received an email, saying the reason was because the email is not from Microsoft (I have a custom domain email on my account), and they gave me yet another password reset link (which didn't work).

So now I'm left with my account that I've had for over 7 years, 30k gamer score all of which are lost. My reasoning behind this is...

I found a link awhile back to make cool emails with different domains, now that microsoft has stopped supporting these my email has been rendered useless, hence why I can't get on to it, or why the password reset won't work.

Is there any chance if I pass another verification test, I can have someone at Microsoft switch the primary alias or email address on the account to one that actually works?

Beyond frustrated, any help you provide means more than you know.

I think you can. But ending costum email address like this kind of dumb. They should have deadline to switch to something like charter.net or even outlook.com. But I do not makes those rules. Talk too boss of our boss about this.
