Xbox account locked for no reason

I already unlocked my account but I don't think I broke any rules, I didn't even have the account for long enough to do any harmful activity. Could maybe running the game in Proton compatibility layer trigger it somehow? Maybe me being afk made it think I'm a farming bot or something? I don't understand why do I need account for singleplayer campaign in the first place but whatever.

Anyway now that I have a phone number assigned, should I be worried that this will happen again or will it be fine now?

I appreciate the response and I'm glad that you were able to unlock your account!

That is a possibility, try not to use it to isolate the case but since you're able to secure your account with a phone number and you're confident that you didn't violate any Microsoft Services Agreement, there's nothing to be worried about.

I have tried all of this it is saying i need go to aka.ms/complaincelock? I have filled the fourm out and the reply i got from 2days ago was an automated bot reply but an actually agent!
