Xbox account locked, and cant recover it because I had Two-Step verification on.

When logging in to any Microsoft service I receive the message:

Your account has been locked

We’ve detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

Unlocking your account

To unlock your account, you’ll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we’ll get you to the right place.

When I follow the link and fill out the form I received the reply that I violated the Code of Conduct and won't be able to access the services anymore. It does not tell me how I violated the Code of Conduct, nor does it tell me how to reinstate my account, while the form I filled out is called "account reinstatement".

knowing that I can provide all the information needed to prove that the account is mine.

support said that I got locked potentially because someone tried to hack my account, I'm a victim of hacking and I'm getting punished by Microsoft team for adding Two-Step verification (TSV) on my account to add more security. I'm 100% sure that I didn't violate any codes. Need help please I spent a lot on this account and the games in it and it is not reasonable to lock me permanently because I had TSV on for more security.

Hello, can I ask you for an alternative solutions ? Cuz it been 72hours and still no replies from the microsoft support team.

Btw is there anything I can do to remove the 2 step verification ? Or anything I can do at all? Or am I just gonna lose all my progress and data anyways ?

If it is a lost cause I need to know because I’m getting tired of contacting support everyday and not getting any replies at all.

The problem is I got charged for Xbox subscription after I got locked out of my account by 3 days, (Microsoft ultimate/1month). How can they suspend my account and still keep my credit card active and deduct from my card.

I did fill the form twice since the first reply and I still didn't get any replies from them. It looks like they are ignoring my forms.
