hello, after changing the email profile xbox live gold I lost all the progress online and I can no longer access xbox live with the xbox! How can I resolve, and resume the old account? ??

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your account.

There are a couple of things I would recommend trying for this error code:

Check to ensure that all of your Security Proofs are valid and up to date.
Check to see if you have Two-Step Verification enabled. If you do, be sure to properly set up the app password. If you don't want to
use the app password, be sure to disable Two-Step Verification.
Try
Removing and Reseating your Hard Drive.

Please let us know how those steps work for you and we'll go from there.

My wifi and network works great and the console says everything is fine but still can't connect to XBox Live.

You should be able to login to the old account using the login credentials of that account. If you can't then you should contact
Xbox Support directly.
