    Xbox account linked to EA - No help from anywhere


    Hello

    Ive sadly purchased Gamepass to play some games-some on EA some on xbox.

    But my issue is that my xbox account is linked to an EA account neither Xbox or EA seem to know of.

    Ive tried to get help from EA, where I need to answer 15 questions without fail of birthdate-city-cvc-card owners-purchase ammounts-social security number and everything.. while this xbox account was made when I was younger (early xbox 360 days) so prob one of my parents; BUT if you answer one of those wrong you have to guess again on everything cause FUDGE they wont tell you that "the last purchase was wrong" NONO.

    So now I have no clue what to do?

    Shall I delete my Xbox account, can I request a refund as I cant use it (I have avoided downloading a new game just in case)

    And I have no idea why im punishing myself so bad, sadly xbox have gotten to the level of EA on bad support.

    WHY HAVE NO FREAKING EA-Support or Xbox-Support mentioned that? now im kinda pissed for all the time Ive wasted.

    and thank god it was created with same email as xbox account due "change password" xD

    when playing ea games on console it usually created an ea account and linked it,
