    Xbox account issues


    I have now had a recurring issue with my xbox account being logged out at random times from the xbox servers. I thought it was my internet provider, So i bought a new sb8200 motem, an asus gt5300 router, and lastly about the Xbox1X. Then called comcast
    out to this house 4 times. Including this after to noon to look over the whole system. As i logged into Call of duty and jion a friends chat channel i get Signed out of xbox. Something is up with the xbox servers when i am in a chat channel and trying to play.
    i am using 150mb comcast connect and i am getting kicked all the time. It has made the last three call of duties heart breaking...

    I have rebooted and reset the console numbers of times trying to see what is doing this. But, to just be logged out makes me think it is the log in server timing me out.

    0x876c0002 error. Cannot pin games or apps

    Remove your account from the Xbox and then add it back to the Xbox this will force the Xbox to rsync with your cloud live account. That should fix your issue. I believe that code is for a cloud account exception.

    I just got a used XBOX 360.
    I live in Cyprus, where XBOX Live is not supported, so i decided to choose UK as my country (did the same with PSN). I was planning on topping up my account with pre-paid cards.
    I managed signing up for XBOX Live trial and i also purchased 4 codes for Gears of War games from ebay. I managed redeeming the first one (using a VPN on my PC) and initiated the download on my console, i left it downloading and went to sleep.

    Today, i couldnt find the game in my games list. I went through the purchase history, the game was there, but the Play option just redirected me to the "My games" section. So, i decided to download it again, assuming download was interrupted somehow. And around 80% download stopped and i didnt see any error message (i might have missed it). But after some google search, i found out it has something to do with the region (probably my actual IP is d

    So, anyone has any ideas how to resolve this mess?

    What if an account has been banned. How long will it be before its deleted so the gamertag can be used again. Its really stupid. No one can have a good gamertag without random X's and numbers because all the good ones or originals have been banned or used
    by someone who doesnt play anymore or hasnt in years.

    At some point Microsoft will probably release them like they did with original Xbox accounts, but otherwise no. Keep in mind that even if the accounts aren't being used on a console they may be in use on another Microsoft service.

    If you do not know you are in the preview program then you are not in the preview program. It is something you have to request to participate in.

    Hi there!

    You first need to have the Xbox Insider Hub app downloaded from the Microsoft Store before you can report a problem to the insider team.

    If you're not too familiar with the app or program than more than likely your Xbox is not enrolled in the program since you need to have the Xbox Insider Hub app downloaded to join the program. If you want to see if you are enrolled or not follow these steps:

    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC.
    2. On the main landing page, select Settings.
    3. Select Manage devices and choose the one you want to remove from the program.
    4. Select Done.

    If you don't see any devices then your Xbox is not enrolled. If you see your Xbox listed and are enrolled, hold down the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the power menu. You should see "Turn off console", "Turn off controller", and "Report a problem".
    Select report a problem and the Xbox Insider Hub will open to the page where you can describe the issue and submit a report.

    Would you mind explaining what error you get when trying to add a custom picture and what method are you using to change the gamer pic?

    Also what error do you get when trying to view clips on Xbox Live?
