    Xbox account issues in multiple games/Gamepass PC


    Upon attempting to launch the Gamepass app on PC I am signed out by default. When I sign in the account info window repeatedly opens and closes itself on a loop. I'm still able to launch a game, however when launching Gear Tactics I'm unable to connect to
    my Microsoft account to play online, earn achievements, or sync cloud data. Gears Pop! also informs me that my account is suspended, though I can't sign in on the account suspension status page to see if or why I would be suspended, as I often don't talk or
    message online, my consoles are un-modded, and I haven't used any cheats. Maybe I got reported for bad behavior/conduct by someone but I can't even check the status page. Other games seem to work fine though. MCC and Age of Empires 2 Definitive edition have
    no issues on PC (I'm launching these via my Steam copies but they can sign in to Xbox Live okay), everything on Xbox one works, and Age of Empires Definitive Edition launches, signs in, and plays via the Xbox app, however my achievement progress does not update
    (I also migrated my progress from the previous build of the game so that may be related).

    All Xbox services appear to be up and running when I attempt, I can sign in to my account elsewhere, and though I did change the email address associated with my Microsoft account recently which may be causing the issues in Gears Tactics and the Gamepass/Xbox
    app on PC, the Gears Pop! issue existed beforehand.

    Is there another way to check my account status? Have I been suspended? Is there an unreported issue with Microsoft services? Is there an account issue I need to fix? At this point I'm honestly not sure.

    I am on PC specifically using Xbox Gamepass and I am in the UAE and yes I have reisntalled the game multiple times, this issue has never occured with any of the other games on Xbox gamepass.

    you can share all pc gamepass games within the home on multiple pc's too, i do this for my kids all the time with their own accounts, you have been able to share pc gamepass games since the beginning same as all apps and games purchased within the store.

    It is actually better than console as i can share on 5 gaming pc's without any issues.

    sign out of the xbox app on the pc, sign in with your account, download whichever gamepass games you want him to play, once done sign out of the xbox app and back in with your sons account and he should be able to play them.

    works ok as long as it is the one pc, not tried on multiple for this.

    Unfortunately there is no option to buy between platforms to use the same game on multiple devices (Xbox and steam (PC)).

    Remember that Subnautica is in the console gamepass.

    I paid for Xbox game pass for the pc but didn't get it.

    download the xbox app and sign in with your account that has gamepass pc, then download the games from gamepass pc.
